There’s a cat, and another, and another. There are hundreds of cats in this park – Parque Central de Miraflores – and they are really well taken care of by random people.
Update: I found out that this is a like drop off site for unwanted cats, though these cats are spayed and neutered, well fed and cared for. Occasionally they are adopted out.
They lounge around on pillars, the grass, up in the trees or on people’s laps.
